- BBruceGoldPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •85 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was an anniversary occasion for us and we have been fortunate enough to go to Copley’s for the past three years for it. From the moment we arrived, our evening was fantastic. We were greeted warmly by one of the owners almost as if we were part of their family. The entire staff, including our server Vic, are among some of the best we’ve seen. Personable, engaging, and fun without being over the top describes Vic. He is truly a jewel! Our food was delicious. From presentation to flavor, the meals were superb with one being the filet and the other being the branzini. Incredible! It’s hard to articulate just how special Copley’s is without running out of superlatives. Let’s just say that if you haven’t experienced their level of dining, you’ve truly missed out on a wonderful time.More infoCopley's on Palm Canyon$$$$• Contemporary American• Palm Springs•4.7
