Crab cakes were fresh and moist inside, perfectly golden crunchy on the outside, vegetable soup was nice (could have been a little hotter) Poached Salmon & Bavette were both perfectly cooked and seasoned, with all sides and sauces harmoniously augmenting the stars of each dish. Pluot crostata was crunchy, not overly sweet, and delicious. This was one of the top 3 if not 2 meals we’ve ever had here over the course of the past 5 years. Oh, also, did we mention JT is Awesome?
