Had a great experience at Monarque in Baltimore! I’m not drinking right now, and our server Emma recommended a mocktail that was absolutely delicious. I really appreciated her taking the time to suggest something I’d enjoy. The lamb was fantastic, definitely one of the best parts of the meal! Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing food in a modest setting, it is reminiscent of dining in a neighborhood bistro in Paris. Because it is small, with tables crammed close together, it tends to be noisy during mealtimes, but the food is worth it. And the wines are lovely.
