    AMAZING!! First time dining at The Wednesday Room and it will certainly not be the last. From the moment we engaged with our server to leaving the restaurant, the service and attention to detail was world class. Now for the food; the Caesar salad is a must have and both mains were amazing (Seafood pasta and Chicken Saltimbocca). We rarely order dessert when dining out but the Chocolate Cremeaux was phenomenal!! The addition of olive oil and sea salt…WOW!! Thank you for an amazing dining experience. This is a must visit restaurant in Calgary.

    I always love dining here. Fantastic food and they make the most delicious vegetable dishes. For this visit, we had lots of food requests for food intolerances and preferences and had a 6 year old with us, who spilled his drink. Our server Brad was excellent in handling it all and I made sure to leave the highest percentage for a tip as a thank you. Can't wait to go back.

    Return visit. As usual, amazing food with incredible flavours. The kitchen/chefs know just how to bring out every nuance. Marinated tomatoes, pork belly, Jambon Serrano, grilled Halloumi all amazing. Tried the new BC halibut with felafel - cooked to perfection (hope they keep it on the menu!). Very attentive service, prompt and friendly. Will definitely return!
