Definitely the best Dim Sum we experienced in London (so far). We also met TVB chef, Paul Wong 黃亞保 who is the executive chef. The restaurant is difficult to find but we saw Paul's video on tiktok and follow the exact route from Heron Quay. The bean curd roll was a standoit and our toddler absolutely smashed through the prawn Cheung fung. The unlimited dim sum menu (they call it a buffet but it's not a hot display buffet it's all made to order) worked for our group and allowed great variety.
