- JjoannrGoldSeattle / Eastern Washington •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy friend and I had dinner here and they were having a special menu which included appetizer, Main entree, and dessert. It was all fantastic. I had the soup and my friend had the salad and they were both delicious. For the entrée, I had the pork tenderloin and it was really, really good. My friend had the salmon and she said it was also fantastic. Dessert was also very good. It was very good value and extremely tasty. Our server was also fantastic.More infoPomegranate Bistro$$$$• Bistro• Redmond•4.8

- DDanSeattle / Eastern Washington •6 reviews5.0Dined on 2 Nov 2024The quality and taste of all food from the salad course, main course to dessert was outstanding. The flavor profiles of the braised short rib and truffle mashed potatoes was wonderful. The only reason for not giving 5 stars in this category was due to the small portion size. Perhaps this was due to it being a special priced menu for Seattle Restaurant Week, but when I make braised short ribs, a single short rib (boneless) would be around 4 ounces vs. the closer to 2 ounces that came to the table. The overall quality was so good though that my date and I were very satisfied and the amazing espresso crème brûlée filled the void.More infoCascades Restaurant & Bar - Embassy Suites Seattle Bellevue$$$$• Contemporary American• Bellevue•5
