Lovely country pub, with excellent food and lovely atmosphere and service, everything you need in a country pub, ticked!

Stopped here for lunch on a long walk. The baguettes chips and beer were top notch and the staff were lovely. Couldn't want for more from a pub

The food and service was outstanding. Food beautifully cooked and presented. We had the set lunch menu and it was excellent value with good varied choices. I would definitely reccomend the chocolate brioche bread and pudding! The service was really good. very friendly and efficient. Will definitely return.

Amazing Sunday Roast. One of the best pub Sunday Roasts ever. JP the chef did an exceptional job in producing plate after plate of fresh roast dinners with endless fresh portions of individual trimmings (including pigs in blankets) - all delicious. Ryan was a fantastic waiter - great service, checking that all was ok and making sure our "bottomless" sides kept coming when required . Thank you so much for a very enjoyable lunch with friends.

Lovely Fish & chips, dessert was nice but not as good as expected. The cost was high priced but still good value
