This was our second visit to Casa Cordoba and I'm surprised I didn't leave a review after the first time. Having been to Spain, the aromas and flavors took me back to our time there. Of course, we started with Cava and a plate of Patatas Bravas as it's a tapas bar favorite in Madrid. We also ordered the albondigas which were absolutely delicious, tender and filling. We moved on to Gambas al Ajillo and they were season perfectly with the right amount of garlic. After all that, we concluded with the Prime Rib Eye, which was so tender, you could cut it with a butter knife. During this, we enjoyed a delicious bottle of Tempranillo, Biberius which complimented the steak perfectly. For dessert, as much as one of the pastries would have been delicious, we opted to re-live our evenings in Seville and have an amazing Vermut a la Español. After all that, we completed the night with a small brandy. Roberto, our server, was absolutely fantastic and fun to talk with. He was our server on our first visit and we were happy to have him again. He makes all the perfect recommendations. The entertainment that night was a two man group named Calé and they were amazing. Until we move to Spain, this will be our regular Iberian hangout. There are so many more delicious items on the menu we need to try!!!
