Both food and service were equally excellent at Sage Sorrento! We booked during the busiest day and time of Australia day public holiday for dinner. They were completely run off their feet with bookings (only a handful of restaurants were open in the area for dinner that night) and they were short staffed. Plus, the outside courtyard seating was not undercover, and it was raining that night, so sitting outside was not viable. Albeit all of the above constraints, the waiting staff still managed to be extra friendly to all patrons and they even offered us entree and dessert on the house! Open table booking worked like clockwork! We were able to get a table within 15 minutes of booking and there were no delays or mix ups at all as we thought we would experience given how busy they were! Food was excellent and really good value for money. Highly recommend!

They were a little slammed by the late holiday demand, but the service was friendly, the prices reasonable and the food was pretty good. Fresh mussels on the Peninsula are always hard to beat.

We had a booking of 8 for our party that consisted of 4 overseas visitors and 2 infants. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was terrific. The views and wine tasting were also first class. Overall, a fantastic experience for lunch.

I ordered the Eggs Benny that came with pulled pork. Interesting combination. I did not enjoy it at all. The bread was hard to cut, there was way too much pulled pork and just a drizzle of the hollandaise sauce. Disappointing considering it cost $27. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
