If you love the art and craft of sushi this is a perfect opportunity to watch your chef create flawless nigiri. I so appreciated the sequence, the flights of fish to enjoy the unique character of particular cuts or preparations, to try some things I’ve never tried before (fried spot prawn heads) and just to see the beauty of giving a fish not a bit more or a bit less of treatment than best accentuates it. This is not for the sushi roll lover, the cream cheese/avocado people are not the target audience. The chef’s experience is for the negiri passionate, but also friendly and welcoming. Fabulous ! .
