Well, the food was good, there has certainly been a change since the last time I was there. Has ownership changed? The food was not as good as I remember, but it was still tasty.

Banzai is hands down the best sushi restaurant in Denver—nothing else even comes close. The fish is always incredibly fresh, and the menu has something for everyone: hand rolls, traditional sushi, poke, and great vegetarian options. We’ve tried nearly 50 sushi spots across Northern Colorado, and everything else feels mediocre in comparison. The service is consistently kind, engaging, and genuinely friendly. Banzai is our go-to, and we can’t recommend it enough!
