I love the farm to table theme. The menu is exciting. They try new ideas, though they don't always hit the mark (but that's OK! Keep trying guys... I wouldn't put a heavy oil over a light watermelon gazpacho. The idea is there keep tweaking it!) The steak was flavored beautifully and very tender, although we ordered a medium rare and it was not pink. The staff was kind and very attentive - a little too attentive. My friend and I were deep in conversation and we interrupted many times to see how we were enjoy enjoying ourselves. A few less times would've been preferred. It was a very hot day outside so we chose to sit inside, but the air-conditioning made the restaurant very cold. I know it sounds like I'm nitpicking, but these are all meant to be minor, constructive criticisms. I will definitely go back! The ambience is elegant, there are so many things I want to try, and I look forward to seeing more NA wines appear on the menu (I'm talking to you, sommelier!) you will definitely want to give this place a try. The staff alone makes you want to experience this new venue.
