Decor is great, staff are fantastic, food is incredible!! The toilets are super cool and the whole place is just fabulous!!!!
We went for my husbands birthday and it was a great evening out. The staff were fantastic, the food would delicious and the overall experience was great. I will definitely be going back.
Pork belly was awful. Had 2 bites and never touched it again. Rest of the food was fantastic.. they really need to change pork belly for something more appealing
I would definitely recommend. Had a Birthday reservation here and truly met my expectations. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Will definitely be returning agin 😊
Was supposed to be a 12 course tasting meal, but after the first few taster courses everything came out as a mass of food. Pleasant enough, but not fine dining and not what we were expecting.
The food and drink is always great when I go. The difference this time was that the cocktail I ordered on arrival was not nice at all. It was meant to have a basil flavour and didn’t. They changed it for me but I have never had to complain here before. We also had to ask the waiters to get us more drinks when really, they should have been offering us. The usual personal experience I have had previously at lunch time should be consistent with dinner service. I understand dinner may be a busier period but you let yourselves down by being shorter of staff.
Wonderful food with wonderful service. Highly recommended for a good catchup with good friends.
Restaurant needs a refresh! The interior, whilst ritzy looked tired and broken and the tables were far too close together. The lighting made it feel like you were in a canteen.
Food: fine, if not over flavoured.
Service: nice staff.
The bar downstairs looked much better.
Very good I would definitely come again to the restaurant
What a great meal, the food was great and the staff very attentive, i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value decent meal
Food was great
Seating was a bit tight
The server was attentive
Drinks were very expensive. One gin and tonic was 14 pounds.
i would not go here again
left after 15 mins, was called 3 times to ask if i was still attending 3 times i replied yes.
on arrival we were left waiting at the bar for 15 min, was originally asked if we wanted food, explained 3 times we were having the tasting menu
decided to leave, then received a further 3 calls, asking if we would be turning up for our meal
Excellent service and venue. Food was not exciting as I was expecting. Thai fish cakes were a little flat. Chicken green curry seemed to lack something. The egg fired rice was to sticky. Sorry I was expecting more. Bar had a nice ambience.
Amazing food, atmosphere is great, another great Crazybear location
Quirky place. Good variety of food but we couldn't finish it. Lovely dessert to finish off the meal.
The 12 plate thai was amazing, great staff too. Would high recommend
Food was excellent. We had the 12 plate classic menu and it was divine. Walked out totally satisfied
Rushed, low quality food, badly cooked. Friendly and obliging staff.
Love the sushi and black cod
I have been to many restaurants over the years and this has to rate as one of the best, the food was nothing less than sensational and the staff and service was perfect, not over the top but just right, I can't recommend this restaurant more highly and it's perfect for a special occasion, one of their 12 course menu is a wonderful idea as you get a taste of many of their great dishes, can't wait to return.
Lovely restaurant to enjoy Valentine’s Day, our waitress took good care of us and the set menu options was great the food taste and portion was perfect.
We had a good meal here but sadly it didn't live up to my expectations, which admittedly were quite high. I thought the food was quite average and therefore quite expensive for what is was. The toilets are not marked, they are behind a 'secret' door so I had to ask twice where they were.
Crazy Bear refused to honour my booking of the Open Table offrr for the Signature menu on the grounds that there was a minimum table size of 2. This is clearly not the case on OT, my confirmation email was clear and Crazy Bear had contacted my directly to confirm the booking. They attempted to get me to stay by offering the a la carte and I walked out.
Food was okay, wouldn’t go again.
Sad and outdated.
I really liked the food and the service was amazing.
