Costa di Mare - Wynn Las Vegas

Food was delicious and staff/service was great. However, we waited 45 minutes to sit outside on the pond in a cabana (there is a minimum per person $150 spend requirement when you sit outside). When we were brought to our table, we were not under a cabana but were sat at a table between the door and the first cabana. I did not know that this was a possibility and if I had known I would have waited longer. Those tables should be removed or the spend requirement should not apply.

Front desk is super unfriendly that she told us there is no table outside but actually it has. Also, the seafood pasta they recommended has A LOT OF sands in it! What a horrible experience. Avoid it if you can.

We had an amazing dinning experience with great service in addition to great food. I did not check the menu before reserving the restaurant which could have been a problem. It is very expensive but worth it. We took the Chefs Sampler assortment and it was fabulous.

Not my first time nor will it be my last. Tasting menu was wonderful and so was the staff.

If you are looking for a fantastic dining experience that makes you feel like you are in Italy and not Vegas, this is it. Overall, we were very happy with everything. Definitely on the list to go back.

Best dining experience EVER!

Omg food was amazing and service was great. Safe environment, client, and food was amazing.

I made reservations for outdoor seating a month in advance. Upon arrival, we were advised that outdoor seating was not available. We found out later that guests who stay at the hotel have preference to outside seating. That was disappointing. The food was average. Nothing to brag about! Not a place I would be returning to.

Food is first class so it's pricey. It was our wedding day so for us it was worth the splurge to sit in the outside cabanas.

The food at Costa is top shelf. In fact, my girlfriend grew up in Italy and told me that it's the best Italian food outside of Italy that she's ever eaten. Her expectations are high for Italian restaurants, but this dining experience exceeded even her expectations. The fact that we had to wait almost 15 minutes before any waitstaff approached our table was the only negative, although it did give us more time to talk about the restaurant's beautiful decor.

The best food can be ruined by terrible service and that’s what happened. It is evident that many Vegas high end restaurants are not concerned about creating return clientele.

It took nearly 20 minutes to even have bread delivered to the table and for our initial drink order to be taken. It went downhill from there as the table was so off balance that we had to keep grabbing our drinks if either of us put any weight on the table.

I would not ever return and did not accept the waiter’s attempt of a small candy to try and make up for the terrible service which infuriated him as he slammed the case closed and said “fine”.

They need to get the service staff some new lessons in customer service immediately.

Amazing server was not very pleasant, but other team member did a great job sad that I don’t remember her name

Anniversary

Very very expensive for fish. It's about 68 dollars per person for almost fish and it has to be at least 2 people. Not amazing for that price. Wont go back again. The pasta is the better deal, much more flavor.

Great food and excellent service. I came here for my birthday and was treated like a queen!

They cooked our fish exactly how we are it in Italy or montecarlo France !

Food and service was great ... I just had one problem with our experience ... this was an observation at the end of the meal a small sweet treat ... but the box was placed on the table in close proximity to people not wearing a mask and exposing all the treats to droplets ... this observation made me very uncomfortable... during these times we need to be extra careful ...

This was by Far our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Margaret was the best waitress and was so helpful and picking all of our dinner options everything was phenomenal. I highly recommend this restaurant we will be back every year

By far the best restaurant I’ve dined at! The food, service, and ambiance are of the highest caliber. We trusted our knowledgeable server to select our fish and pair with a pasta dish. Each dish was packed full of flavor and every bite melted in our mouths. I cannot imagine a better place for a romantic dinner with someone you love.

We wanted to love Costa di Mare and when we arrived we liked the modern look of the restaurant. We had an overweight lady sitting at the next table that basically wore a Biking with a cover up and that pretty much deleted any resemblance of elegance that was there. It was hard to unsee and how the restaurant decided not to turn her away in this get-up was completely beyond both of us. I understand business casual but this outfit would get you turned away at Mc Donald, not acceptable at a restaurant at this price level.
We did the Tasting menu and unfortunately the food throughout was rather bland. When at a Seafood restaurant the outstanding things are the bread and the Cheese Ravioli, it is a sad moment.
It did not help that we ended up spending $ 630 for the two of us. My expectations at this level are just different than at Applebee ….

It was amazing

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Probably the only bad meal I have ever had in vegas. The dishes were bland. The pasta wasn't homemade. The shrimp.....I say shrimp singular as you only get 1 for $25 was so tiny I thought it was a joke. On top of that it was mealy.

Will never return.

Although we enjoyed our meal they texted me 3 hours before our reservation and tried to get me to agree to a $300 minimum to sit outside (covid). I did not reply and they gave us a table in the corner outside but allowed four tables surrounding the water to go unoccupied for the entire time we were there (2 hours). I think this is reprehensible. If they want a premium for those tables, let people know when they make reservations but don’t try to extort that money and then allow them to go unused.

Fish literally melted in my mouth. Delicious.
