Great setting.

Good food and atmosphere

Had to send starter back (snack hot wings ) due to the chicken not being cooked the way I asked. Once they came back they were good as well as the other items ordered

The food and service are great. My friends and I went there and had the best time and happy, full belly’s. Will definitely go again.

Birthday dinner for my son. Our server was really busy but even so, she should have checked on us more. Two people in our party were served their food and were completely finished their entire meal before the other 2 in our party received their crab legs. In fact, if we hadn’t flagged her down, we might still be waiting. I didn’t give her 1 star simply because she was a bit overwhelmed, poor thing.

Me and bae had a nice time. Seats were not wiped off. Crumbs on the floor but it was Valentine’s Day so I guess it’s expected for a chain restaurant? Clams Casino /Clam Bake tasted very fishy and disgusting . The dry rub and Buffalo wings are to die for. They were the best thing honestly. Seriously might go back just for that and their fries next time.

This is one of my favorite places for Shrimp and also Crab. The atmosphere is great and the staff is courteous!

I usually dine here. This day I wanted to celebrate my son's birthday. We were greeted with the best hostess ever. They were full of life and very polite. My waitress was very nice, personable and made us very comfortable. However, while we waited for 40 minutes, everyone around us who came in after us were eating while we were sitting and waiting. Our appetizer came at the end of our meal (right before we left). Our waitress was very sympathetic and made sure we didn't have to pay for it. When I finally received my meal, I had to send back because the mussels undercooked. My family and all ended up eating at different times because the food came out late and at different times. Overall! I really enjoy going to this restaurant, I just wish the kitchen had a better handle on the food.

The food was good service was a little slow but Iim sure it’s probably related to limited staffing due to COVID. This is one of my favorite go to places!

I really like this location. The crowd us diverse and the service is really good. I normally use open table to reserve my time. I just prefer it that way. So you can definitely use this as an option to going out. They do a great job of the social distancing.

My server Domingue was awesome
but the white sauce for the mussels was tasteless i was so disappointed its normally so delicious it's the only thing I ever eat there.

The food was horrible. The service was horrible. I went many time to other chickies petes and it was always a great experience not at this location.

My food took very long to come! The food was room temperature... the drinks were very weak. The manager did adjust the bill.

The restaurant was very safe in regards to Covid guildelines. The staff was very attentive and the food was amazing.

Took us a soon as we arrived great social distancing and food came out quickly!

I made reservations ahead of time. I walked in and the 2 host was very rude( one with braids the other with a ponytail with glasses). I didn’t want to sit near the door because I’m anemic . they told me there wasn’t any seats after I pointed out 3 booth that were open, where she stated they were a party of 10, in the middle of me talking she walked off .. After I heard my stomach growling I just sat at the table right next to where I did not want to sit. After sitting .. shivering and uncomfortable I look over and she then sat down a family (of 3) that checked in AFTER me and placed them where I originally asked to sit...

Service was very slow. The server was very good but food took much longer than it did when they were 100% full!

Normally I say Chickie's is over priced and food is mediocre, but our experience was great. Food was fantastic and our server could not have been nicer. Great experience all around.

I was received with a hello and a pleasant attitude from the host to my waitress. the food and drinks came out in a timely fashion. all in all it was a great experience.

Food took forever to come out I don’t understand how is that even possible due to covid the place wasn’t even packed my hot shrimp wasn’t good at all and I always get it at the place but that was the first time I can say it was nasty I ordered another order of fries I never got In the waitress bring the bill before I even asked for it I felt like she was trying to hurry up and rush out

Bad service. Kept guessing where good was supposed to be going. No offer to fix the over hour wait time for food after we ordered. Even then we had to remind them to bring it out.

Fast delivery of food to table ordered at 6pm on a weeknight.

Our food was cold and service took a very long time.

Went on an Eagles Sunday, they had the game on the big screen and the place was filled with an awesome philly crowd. The waitress was awesome. Food was awesome(crab legs😋) I recommend reserving a table for Eagle Sunday’s.

Unfortunately during these times to dine outdoors, the scene is not the best. Just be prepared for highway noise if you're eating outdoors. Otherwise, I've like the place.

I had a very good experience. We had a 7pm reservation and was seated promptly. Our server was greart.

Food was good, service was on point. A little dark in our section due to some broken lights. Kitchen made a seasoning mistake but waitress and manager comped us a alcoholic beverage. All in all we always like it there.
