A menu refresh would be a good idea. It feels like the menu has been the same for years
As always, fantastically delicious food and great vibe.
My first visit; very impressed. Struggled to read the small print menu in low lighting: had to resort to torches! A very good experience all round, though.
Great food and service, please never take the crispy tofu out of the menu!
Came for a quick dinner before a show at Sadler’s wells. Food was excellent, we had some small plates to share. The server made sure we had plenty time to get to the show. The restaurant had a warm, laid back vibe; less industrial than other caravan restaurants. We’ll definitely be back.
Very allergy friendly. Our server went and spoke to the kitchen directly about the allergen I needed to avoid. Really impressed, we were made to feel very welcome. Great service and the food was beautifully cooked.
Went with colleagues and it was great - delicious food, good selection of drinks and a fun atmosphere.
Lovely atmosphere, food was great, service helpful. We enjoyed our meal and the wine list was comprehensive and reasonable value for money.
Excellent food, drinks and location, but we felt a bit uncomfortable when the waitress insisted for us to pay the optional service charges. So be careful what they add up to your bill.
We visited Caravan for a Sunday brunch to celebrate our anniversary. We both had two courses and absolutely loved everything we ate. I had the jalapeño cornbread and everything on the plate was really vibrant and tasty. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere, but slightly noisy!
As a regular customer I found this experience awful! The food was not great and the portions were miniscule. Certainly not value for money.
Service was poor, restaurant was freezing. We left before ordering.
Service was first class. Friendly, personable and attentive.
Food was excellent. Really interesting, high quality and well presented.
Delicious brunch with a bustling atmosphere. Will be back.
We had a great meal, service up and down but friendly.
Everything was good rather than outstanding. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy so service was quick. Cauliflower and burrata starters were tasty and the cod main course was cooked well. The staff were friendly but a little unsubtle when they wanted to close (we were the last table). An enjoyable evening but not sure that I'd race back there.
Really enjoyed the food, the service was lovely. Had a nice time.
Great food, extremely quick service and lovely location. Would recommend for brunch.
original breakfast dishes, nice coffee and really attentive service
Good inventive brunch menu. All dishes well presented and nicely cooked.
Service a little slow, but overall this is a fine weekend breakfast venue.
Really lovely venue! We were taken care of and our food arrived quickly given how busy it was. Really well run.
Always so good - delicious, surprising. Informal with a buzzy vibe.
First time we went to Caravan we loved it. However, each time since they seem to have fewer vegetarian options than on our first visit. Also most contain sweet potato so not massively exciting and the menu never seems to change. It's okay but could do better
Lovely staff and interesting, appetising food and wine.
Nice, buzzing place on the main street by Exmouth Market. We all had the chorizo/egg hash which was yummy. Good prices and nice staff. Only minus is no kids menu, but they made us something. Sat outside which was nice, they had blankets etc. Good coffee too.
Incredibly friendly and heartfelt service matched the wonderful cocktails and stunning food. We were so impressed, we bought the Caravan cookbook at the end of our meal!
Service was very friendly and this is a nice, cosy space for dinner. However dishes that we have eaten at the City branch of Caravan were not up to the same standard.
Delicious mix of small plates in diverse cuisines, middle Eastern and Asian. Loved the jalapeño cornbread. And fab vanilla ice cream cream with coffee caramel sauce. Would go again tomorrow!
Fabulous place, great food and wine! Perfect for a night out with friends
The food was delicious other than the avocado which was hard and brown, but the table was on a huge slant and was very wobbly so kept spilling drinks. The staff were really nice and the place itself lovely too.
Just personal, but I really didn’t like my halloumi main dish. Hence the score. Everyone else thought their mains were just ok. And it was a bit pricey.
Great location. Good food and cocktails. Lovely staff
A varied brunch menu. Pricey and service was slow, especially when taking order. Food good but presentation sloppy. Very noisy!
Great food, friendly service, good vibes! Would visit again.
Great selection of cuisines and dishes, extensive drinks list and lovely ambiance. Recommend 3 small plates and the chocolate pie for dessert!
Had a lovely dinner at Caravan on a Tuesday night. The staff were welcoming, friendly and prompt. We had a few small plates to share which were all delicious. I love coming to Exmouth as it's the first Caravan and it feels very homely :)
Nice food, innovative and not too heavy.
Lovely place with cool, very attentive staff. Food value for money could be better (small bowl of yoghurt with half a raspberry, granola and hazelnuts £7), but London is expensive as we all know. :) I’ll be back! Coffee is great
Fantastic pancakes made for a lovely, lazy Sunday Breakfast.
Friendly staff, good food and a nice dinner option for a group of friends
