Cafe concerto is closed for refurbishment. Unfortunately open table is still processing bookings & the site has not been updated. Grand by concerto is open, go there instead.
Great food for great value— can always rely on Caffe Concerto providing a great meal any time.
The food was absolutely wonderful, unfortunately the service wasn’t.
Dreadful, I had salmon with a Caesar salad the salad was dreadful and the salmon inedible. Literally inedible. Don't go.
Wonderful setting but service and food quality needs enhancement
The food is good but the service is a bit down. The waiters are not too attentive on their customers.
Very rude staff - I appreciate this is normally a walk in eatery but they have an option to reserve tables on their website, which I had done just in case it was packed out. This is not an unreasonable assumption as I was heading to London on a weekend and I really wanted to check this place out. When I arrived, they looked at me like I was an idiot when I mentioned the reservation, I noted there were plenty of available seats so was just making them aware in case they were keeping the table reserved. They then spoke to each other in a foreign language and laughed. Wish I'd walked out then and there - overpriced for what it is and the staff were inattentive and groping each other behind the bar and giggling. VERY AWKWARD! Avoid if you want to feel valued when shelling out £50-100 quid for a meal.
Enjoyed a lovely lunch with some family. The food was good but not great. It was the wonderful staff made our experience so pleasurable. They were friendly, charming and very attentive. I will definitely go back.
It wasn't busy wwn when went and I felt the service was very slow for the amount to of people there.
When we finished it took the waitresses a very long Time to collect our plates after walking past and seeing we was done a numerous amount of times, even other customers who finished after us had there plates taken in before is so we found that rather strange. Apart from that the service was very average. I expected premium but maybe we went on the wrong day.
Lovely time spent with old friends lunching (we used to work in the area). Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. First visit to Caffe Concerto Green Park. Have been a few times to Caffe Concerto Kings Road which we love.
Excellent food. Great service and location and a lot cheaper for breakfast than the westbury at £27 quid per head.
Met up with family for lunch near to finish of London/Provincial 100 mile bike Ride. The staff were very friendly and obliging especially as we were a little early. We had an excellent meal with a bottle of wine and coffees and we thought it was excellent value for money. If the occasion ever arose again would not hesitate to eat there.
Excellent service. Food good but not exceptional. Would visit again.
I would definitely recommend to everybody to go to this caffe restaurant. Very friendly environment and the Manager (Ekaterina) is outstanding and lovely. All the staff is very experienced and remarkable.
Well done to all of them!!!!!
Great place in Green Park, food is great, staff are friendly, recommended
The female staff need to work on their attitude, I found them totally rude. They were also quite slow and ignored us multiple times when we tried to call for them. The café is well located and has a good atmosphere and you will definitely have high expectations the first time you will walk in. Up until they come over to your table to get an order! Their brunch was very average, good coffee though.
Thank you for making birthday dinner party a night to remember.
Pointless booking through OpenTable as when I arrived at Caffe Concerto at the time I had booked, I was told I couldn't possibly have a booking as they don't take bookings but that I was lucky that there was a table free. Not exactly a warm welcome.
Weak attempt for a British cafe serving Italian food. Mall food court food served by waitresses who are neither British nor Italian. Don't suspect a local would be caught dead there.
Nice atmosphere, but sadly the service was poor and they had only two desserts left out of all menu at 5.30pm on Saturday. Dissapointing and well overpriced in my opinion. Would not come again.
Service was attentive
Service was slow and not very friendly / welcoming. Menus dumped on the table when we were shown to our table.
Food order was incorrect, but was corrected once told.
12.5% service charge which I did not pay.
We had a girly catch-up here over lunch and it was just perfect for our purpose – glamorous place in a great part of London, lovely lively buzzy atmosphere, really friendly service that was totally efficient, very tasty lunch and absolutely gorgeous cake afterwards. Loved it and will definitely go again.
Atmosphere good but food disappointing - chicken in breadcrumbs very dry & hard.Overall expensive given the quality.
Good place for lunch!
The only issue is that they have few different menus which shows a better value for money but they only give it to you upon request...
Nice ambiance service was very slow but friendly when they came food good
Food is OK / perfectly fine, but service is ALL over the place. One arrival @ 1.10pm for a 1.30pm table - no, sorry you're too early. I arrived 1.25pm, only to find 2 of our party had been sat down since 1pm. This makes no sense. Every course we had to ask for someone to take our orders, they forgot 1 drink entirely, brought the wrong dessert. A great example of a place that has to do NO work whatsoever to attract customers. I don't think they care in fact...so they got no tip included; 12.5% at that, cheeky beggars. Staff very friendly but...I'd avoid.
Nicely located, good service, not too busy for lunch, good value given this is a restaurant on Picadilly. Works well for a quick lunch.
Great service and great food! Had the spaghetti carbonara and it was delicious- would go back here again!
Slow service, mediocre food, tiny tea pots, foul smelling bathroom, not what I expect from cafe concerto! Made a friends brunch a place I couldn't recommend to others.
Food was ok but the service was shocking, not once did anyone come over for the whole time we were there. When I got their attention they were civil enough but don't want to spend my time trying to get their attention rather than focusing on my guests.
The service was appalling. We finished our food and waited for ages for somebody to come and ask if we wanted dessert or coffees. In the end we asked for the bill paid and went elsewhere for dessert and coffee which is a shame as we were quiet comfortable where we were
The food was good. The service was poor.
However it may have been a busy saturday evening. We were left for a longg time waiting to catch the eye if a waiter for the dessert menu but got the bill instead as we would have been waiting a long time
Special place for a Special Occasion to dine out with somebody Special. That´s what I came for and I will certainly come again for enjoing all those reasons on another Special evening again.
Good location and quiet enough to cater for a business breakfast.
Service was a little hit and miss but the scrambled eggs were good and worth the money.
Good food but not cheap. Service was polite and friendly but let down by very slow bar service. At 2.30pm on a Friday it took me nearly half an hour and 2 reminders to receive a drink. The restaurant was not busy. They accepted Gourmet card for a group of 11 (25% discount) which was a major positive (£50 off the bill).
Great, chilled out venue, reasonably priced in a convenient location with good variety. We were able to really take our time and properly catch up as a result.
+Booked for 5 people, turned up with 10 but the booking was still accommodated.
+Service was polite and friendly.
+Late lunch food was good quality and served promptly.
- Some prices were higher than advertised on web site eg Seafood risotto £13.95 on web menu versus £17.95 at restaurant.
- Presenting a Gourmet card for discount was initially declined as group was ten and only applies to up to 4 here. After discussion the restaurant agreed to discount for 4 people.
We had an excellent lunch .We chose from the offers menu and all the dishes were very good. The staff were very nice and were also very kind and helpful when one of my friends felt faint and dizzy.
Our party of 3 booked a lunch here prior to going to Wembley Stadium for a friendly match. Seafood, it turns out means it's served in shells, so you have to be prepared for lengthy scooping and cracking before getting any fish meat - not worth it in my book, with half a lobster to grapple with! The staff were attentive and helpful and the A/C very welcome as it was very warm outside.
