    We had a very relaxing lunch. The service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere good with its location within Hayes Galleria. The food was excellent and I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant for a nice lunch in Central London.

    Great setting and fun sitting outside watching the indoor tennis. Had booked a table but (very friendly) staff member didn’t check. Service quite slow but lovely food.

    A great spot, but sadly over priced and poor quality food. Sorry. We enjoyed our lunch, but £12 for a simple rather mean sandwich and extra for fries is too much. And my garlic roasted tomatoes had not been near either garlic or an oven .

    unfortunately the service was slow and the wine order was completely wrong. When we challenged the server she confirmed it was what we ordered. We sent her back to get our right order and the manager served us. Shame really as the food was excellent, and the manager was very good.

    Portion sizes were poor for the price and the food not great. Told only one chef in which is not our problem. Chicken caesar salad just had a whole chicken breast overcooked on top of saturated leaves and hard croutons on a plate? The goats cheese salad was served in a desert bowl and far too small, again for the price. 100 pounds for drinks and bland salads for 4 is not great. Will not be going back in a hurry. Wasn't their fault but right next to us were building works with workmen and drills going off, at lunchtime!

    Met some friends for lunch, comfortably seated inside and had smoked salmon bagels which were delicious. Staff very friendly and efficient. Would recommend for a light lunch in nice surroundings

    Very frustrating visit. We had booked a table for a party of six for breakfast. There were two tables eating, and two having orders taken when we arrived. Our order was taken quickly, but then then the two waiters just seemed to stand around. Our drinks took 30 minutes to be served, our food, breakfast baps for four, a further 15 minutes, and were not worth the wait. I chased our order several times, and watched several customers asking for their food to be replaced. The waiter removed the drinks from our bill as an apology. Very disappointing.

    Beware: do not put faith in the opening times. We booked a table for 18:30 only to arrive at a closed restaurant with the leaving staff advising us it shuts at 17:00. Very disappointed given we could book it and the times listed stated they were open.
