I booked food for friends through open table for a visit myself and my wife were making to Brighton. Neither of us have tried a vegetarian restaurant before and I can say we were delighted with the service, ambience and quality of the food it was beautifully cooked well presented and extremely tasty and satisfying. We would certainly eat at Food for Friends if we visit Brighton again. More

We happened to have two family events in Brighton in the space of a week and ate at Smokey's both times. It was really good food and service. Food was fresh, large portions and filling. It is not a la carte, it is fajitas and burgers and it was refreshing to have a no frills but fast, polite and strong service to back it up. We all thought it was good food at a good price and will be going back. Oh and also one of our meals ended up being a huge rush as we had run out of time and the team nailed it with fast service with a smile with no fuss. Thanks everyone at Snokey's - we will be back again. More

Great food and service but incredibly expensive and they added service charge to the bill which we weren't expecting. Service charge should be optional More

I took a woman of 98 years. The staff were wonderful, very helpful charming and attentive. My only criticism is that for this woman there was too much food and it was a little overwhelming. It was well cooked but perhaps just a bit less on the plate would have been easier. More

The customers at our ASK Italian restaurant in Lewes come from all around the country to visit this charming town. We’re lucky to have a spot right on the High Street, among the town’s interesting boutiques and antique shops.
