Using Michael Mina’s signature process, the meat is slow-poached then cooked over a seasoned wood-fired grill to a mouthwatering finish. The bar at BOURBON STEAK features an extensive list of 20th century cocktails made to order, along with an extensive wine and spirits list. 1. No service. Sat for 20 mins. Had to waive to get someone’s attention even that person kept walking back and forth pass the table like 5 times.
2. $70 steak - burnt, over-cooked and overly salty. Had to return and ordered sth else.
3. Had serious problems with staffing and QC for food.
4. Quality of food and price. Not worth it at all.

We attended the Pride brunch at Four Seasons and had a blast! The event was well organized and the staff were amazing! We never had empty glasses on our bottomless rose. The food was also outstanding! It is not inexpensive but is well worth it for a special occasion.

The dude is at the front was very rude that he didn't want us to sit anywhere inside the restaurant, despite that the restaurant was almost empty!!!. Until women who work for the staff can and set us in the great table in from of the bar.

This is the gold standard for dinning in the DMV. From the valet to the check in at the host stand the service is impeccable. The food is phenomenal and second to none. The cocktails are simply irresistible. Highly recommend Bourbon Steak to everyone who enjoys superb service and quality dining.
We were so happy to be back in one of our favorite spots! The entire team was on their A game, bringing so much to the celebration at hand. Dinner was a treat. We started with the tuna and shrimp. Enjoyed cocktails (trust me- Hairy Chest was the find of the night) and laughed our way though our perfectly prepared main course.
My daughter and I ordered the fillet medium rare it was the best steak I have ever eaten! The ambiance is outstanding! Michael Mina is a culinary genius!

Very average food at very high prices given the low quality. Was much better in the past.
Steaks were over cooked. The bread was awful. For the prices meal was not worth it. Dined at cheaper and much better quality steakhouses.
We came to Bourbon Steak tonight to celebrate a college graduation and we were so pleased with the entire evening! The food was fantastic and the service was even better. Mark was our waiter and he was so personable! Best waiter at the restaurant! Thank you, Mark for making tonight’s occasion so special!

Excellent food. The service was a little slow but the food was worth it. The setting is not very opulent and the views are under whelming.
We celebrated our daughter’s graduation
Took my husband, a bourbon afficionado, here for his birthday. Cocktails were divine. Service was absolutely excellent. We had a table by the big window overlooking the canal which was really nice. Sides, salad, and bread were absolutely delicious - we both ordered steaks (wagyu filet and angus filet) which I though the cuts were just ok and overpriced. Overall we had a great evening and enjoyed ourselves.
Everyone was lovely and the food was exceptional. We enjoyed the halibut, hanger steak, brussels sprouts, mac & cheese, and smore's dessert. The hostess, Ibtesam, was an absolute pleasure to meet. And our waiter, Mouz, provided the best service and recommendations. Definitely a great place to enjoy dinner while knowing that everything will be taken care of by the staff and kitchen.
We booked an indoor table through OpenTable, but were disappointed to be seated in the lounge. When we arrived at the restaurant, we learned that the dining room was not open at our reservation time, which was not indicated anywhere on OpenTable or in the email confirmations. I would not have made the res had I known we would be dining in the lounge, which led to a poor experience. Food and service were very good as usual.
Went for a graduation family celebration. The service was superior in every way. Nothing was missed, no trivial detail skipped. The attention to our needs, our pace, our experience was above extraordinary. Jeremiah was our ‘floor manager’ and deserves credit for the display of hospitality. The meal was absolutely delicious with each and every plate served. We had a variety of steaks, each done exactly to our requests. Each had individual tastes exactly as described by our waiter. The side dishes of the mushrooms and broccolini were particularly perfect. The added surprise offering of Duckhorn Cab individual glasses to 2 of us was a special touch. And finally we had 5 different desserts each presented with uniquely and with flavors to match. While my willingness to spend money on this special occasion was immaterial, I would have to submit that unless another occasion were to pop up, I would have to consider the pricing a bit much even for such a grand meal.
It as good as before COVID - not horrible but for the cost the place should amaze me.
