Our server was amazing . Hooked my Wife up with an amazing drink . Sometimes its not the food but the service and she did so good it made the food amazing . I have recommended to many people looking for a great evening ,great food and greater service . I will be beck for sure and even sooner if I could guarantee I had the same server

Another great dinner despite Covid. We will be back

Considering the Covid restriction they did a fantastic job. The food is really good and the staff was friendly and efficient. I live in Texas and I was visiting Seattle and I went there twice. I will go back again next time.

Nope nope nope. Rude. Didn’t honor our reservation. Didn’t text or call. We wasted 30 dollars on an Uber just to be turned away. No offer of a drink. No waiting place with a heater. Just a “we acknowledge your reservation but we now have a 45 minute wait” should’ve texted or called everyone but this restaurant is unprofessional. This place should shut down and let others open. Will never recommend or go back.

I thought they tried to provide a good experience during the COVID crisis. The chairs were not very comfortable. The burger had good flavor but the bun bottom was completely soaked and falling apart. The service was excellent. Good clam chowder was good.

I did a very cute surprise for my husband at the restaurant and it was perfect. The noise level was low and romantic as well as the music. It was outdoor and it was very warm and cozy. Food was very delicious and so was the service!—11/10 😍♥️

I went for a New Year’s Eve celebration date. When I reserved my table on here I was told that it came with house champagne. When I get to the restaurant and get seated the first thing the waitress do is pull out a piece of paper and put it on the table and say we are not serving liquor anymore we only have mock tails. I explained to her that when I booked my reservation I was told that our dinner special came with wine. She said well we stopped serving alcohol at 11 because of regulations. I explained to her that I’m not familiar with regulations i know that I reserved a table a week in advance so my date and I could bring in the year celebrating and drinking alcohol. If I would have known that alcoholic beverages weren’t available I wouldn’t have come. She kept saying well we can’t do it. I didn’t expect her to break the law I just wanted an explanation on how I got in the situation because of what was advertised. Basically I felt that when I reserved my table for 11:15 I should have been informed that alcoholic beverages would not be available. This was false advertisement and I felt that I was cheated my new year celebration because once we were there and seated it was too late to change our plans.

Everything was perfect for New Years Eve at Blu Water Bistro. The food, ambiance, the party favors especially our server were amazing! Thank you for making it a night to remember!

This restaurant doesn't honor its reservations. When we arrived (on time), the host announced that it was "still" 30 to 40 minutes wait and suggested that we wait in our car!!! On New Year's Eve. What's the point of making a reservation, then? He added that alcohol was no longer served anyways, even though they advertised their NYE special as including a champagne toast. We understand there are COVID-related restrictions, but this is false advertisement attracting more people than they can even seat. Worst of all, the host's attitude was so thoroughly wrong--he didn't offer any alternatives or explanations why our reservation couldn't be honored and instead suggested to go hang out in our car. There were other frustrated guests in line, not just us. Very disappointed and cannot recommend this place to anyone--to be avoided! I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this was a special night and they were unprofessional about everything.

The new year eve deal was not exactly how it was advertised. Steak was not seasoned and not cooked to desired temp. Outdoor dining was with plastic table and chairs with hearing options not available for everyone

We dined at Bluwater for NYE. They were pretty busy, even for socially-distanced patio dining... service was a little slow, but we didn't mind... had a cocktail or 2 and our server couldn't have been nicer. The patio set up is great! Generous number of heaters, twinkling lights and great air flow. The steak was done perfectly and the sides were delicious.

NYE dinner. I wasn’t clear on understanding it was a limited menu and when I simply asked the waitress if it was a limited menu she got snooty quickly. Began only addressing my boyfriend and being short with me for no reason.

It’s one of our favorite places and as always we were not disappointed.

We were SO happy with our food! From the prawns and mixed green salad appetizers, to the entrees of perfectly cooked NY steak and roasted chicken, delicious mashed potatoes and green beans, as well as the cocktails and wine—it was all excellent and the prices were more than fair for what we got. Love their outdoor tent setup with the heat lamps and fire. We were plenty warm and it was a nice, festive atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, as well. Highly recommend!

Ambience is good. Service is average. Food is terrible - was never good but has become much worse recently. If you are looking for outdoor dining with good heaters, try it. But don’t expect much.

Great outdoor seating on the patio. Fun lunch with our kids the day after Thanksgiving. Food was good especially the crab mac n cheese.

Menu was very limited , there was no option for people who dont eat beef or turkey and they ran out of everything

I had lunch with a friend in the “tent”. It was great, fresh air, warm heater. I don’t miss being inside at all. Service was great as always. The only comment I have was the cobbler desert was not heated through, and the top was not crispy. All in all, an enjoyable lunch.

Most enjoyable meal. Food was delicious and the whole experience was as we usually expect.

We sat outside under a tree with a great view of the lake. A perfect for a scrumptious lunch with fabulous service, My prime rib dip was generous and tender, others had salmon both on sandwiches and a salad -- lots of smiles all around.

For the price of the food I was expecting a much more upscale place with great ambience, but I got relatively good food and good service in a place that reminded me a lot of Boy Scout camp

The view is beautiful. The grand mariner French toast is so tasty with a side of bacon. Coffee is pretty good. The ambiance and service was so-so. I’d go back as it’s a neighborhood standard.

Food/brunch was very good.

Sadly, we chose not to stay and eat. We were greeted by an employee not wearing his mask properly - he had his nose uncovered the entire time he interacted with us. Although the staff seemed friendly, we couldn’t take the risk of other staff members not following COVID protocol and getting infected. We left.
