   My server Borgi delivered a gracious and amazing experience as always! Truly grateful he always delivers excellent service delivery with pride and joy! The food was also great! The Manager on Duty and the two hostess delivered a less than favorable welcome. The two hostess played with each other giggling, and texting on their phones, leaving me standing waiting for my table without assistance. The Manager was observed walking the room and returned to the kitchen ignoring my actions to flag him down. As I walked to the table, I advised the manager I tried flagging him down as I waited at the entry for a table... his response, “oh”. He continued to walk the room checking on guests and not once stopped by the table or ask “why” I was trying to flag him down. Great coaching opportunity for all especially the manager to be more inclusive of all guests with his actions.

   We went here for brunch and everything was absolutely amazing! The hostess and servers were all so sweet and kind. Our server was very knowledgeable about the brunch menu and coffee. Everything was delicious, the restaurant was beautiful and clean, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Definitely have to visit here if you can! I will surely be back.

    Brunch menu uninspiring. Major problem was the live entertainment that at times made it impossible to have a conversation across the table. Totally unnecessary. Won't recommend for Saturday (or any) brunch days as long as the music is so loud.

    We ordered the USDA Ribeye steak, medium rare and it was fantastic. It's 14 oz so we split it. The french fries were just okay; not great. Our waiter was from France and he was very nice.

    Consistently excellent, having been there many times - great food, great service and a nice bar. The crabcake appetizer, steak au poivre and duck are 'must do' items. Enjoy!

    Our experience was great. We were the for the dining around Buckhead promotion. Amanda was very friendly and helpful in selecting our food and drinks. The Mussels are a star! We would come back just for that. The scallops and beef cheek were really good. For a dessert, the crème brûlée was nicely crisped, but the tarts citron was the start out as it was beautifully sweet and tart, and refreshing when combined with the sorbet.

    This is not my first-time dining at Bistro Niko. As always, the food and the service were great. I don't expect anything different. Billy, our server, was very energetic and pleasant. My only issue this time was that my party was the first to arrive. We were 10 minutes early for our reservation and the opening of the restaurant. We stepped aside out of the space of the hostess. Employees were coming in and moving around; therefore, we didn't want to be in the way. A party of 4 came in kind of aggressive with their own bottle of wine and stood at the counter of the hostess. She appeared to be a little nervous. She then seated that group before us. I could have made it an issue but decided to overlook it and not ruin the evening out. I've never had any problems of this sort before. If this type of situation should arise again, I will bring it to the attention of the hostess in a very polite and mannerable way. By the way, Bistro Niko does have a good selection of wines!

    Waitress I need to ensure they take the dishes back versus leaving them right in front of a customer and not show an attitude just because you ask dishes… There was one male waiter that kept walking by after I requested that they please move the dishes which are an eyesore over by the window area and he had a frustrating look from that point forward when he walked back towards the area to get other dishes to set the other tables… If you are going to be in the "Restaurant Customer service industry" … You should work becoming more customer focused with proper etiquettes for the type of clientele that you bring in to this type of restaurant as well as based on rhe prices you charge as well… This is not a fast food restaurant chain.

    It was quite disappointing after expecting better. First, they got our appetizer and drink orders wrong. We had no napkins and had to ask for it. My coffee tasted awful and I had to ask for cream , sugar and spoon. Second , the portions were stingy for what you pay. Never again.

    Overall a great bunch of minor issues but a few of them which I don't think should happen in this caliber of restaurant. 1) French roast coffee was like water, had to switch to a cappuccino 2) My wife had their Norwegian eggs, one cooked perfect, the other cooked to death 3) Asked for mayo and a 2nd drink. Mayo never arrived (a drink was provided at the end of the meal for free as an apology) Food was great, just silly stuff happened that took this from a 5 star experience to a 3 or 4..

    6 for Father's Day brunch and 5 of the 6 thought their meal was bland. Do not recommend the eggs benedict. It comes on a piece of what I can only describe as a "crouton". Same consistency as a crouton. Service was impeccable and everyone was very nice. We ate inside and it was sometimes impossible to hear the person across the table as the acoustics were terrible where we were seated. Thank goodness the Jazz band wasn't playing while we there - I'm guessing it would've been even louder. My husband has been here a few times and says that it's always loud but food is typically much better in his past experiences. If ever we try it again for lunch or dinner, we will definitely try to be seated outside.

    Father’s Day brunch was wonderful, except that the reservation labeled it as a Jazz Experience—which it was not. The reservation did not indicate that the band would not play until noon and our reservation was for 10:30 AM. As my father is a massive fan of that genre, having a jazz brunch was a “selling point” for having our Father’s Day celebration there instead of somewhere else. When I related my concerns to the hostess, she did apologize, though mentioned that if we wanted to enjoy the jazz we would have to go sit at the restaurant’s bar. This was not feasible, as we would have been at BN for an hour-and-a-half already in addition to having our next Father’s Day stop at 1 PM. We stretched out brunch as long as we could and my poor dad only got to hear less than the first five minutes of the band—as we slowly exited the restaurant. Though the food was delicious and the service excellent, it was still somewhat disappointing.
