The food came fast. Our waiter was amazing.

Food was nothing spectacular and the service was snippy and absent.

Get the queso and chips and then used the cheese from that to dip the cheesy fries in!

We came here for my daughter’s birthday after treating her on her birthday at the American Girl Store across the street. We specifically came because she loves speciality milkshakes. When we went to order, the server told us that only the basic milkshakes were an option. So that was a bummer because that was the reason we came here. The specialty milkshakes were on the in-store menu and on the online menu, so I don’t know why they weren’t available. Also we put a note on the open table reservation that it was for a birthday and she wore a birthday crown that said “Happy Birthday” but the server did not acknowledge her birthday at all. Pretty disappointing but the food was good at least. I would try it again, but not for a special occasion.

I believe our server was named Jay but everyone was very helpful and the food was so good

Service could not have been slower. Burgers were the quality of shake shack with a better bun and triple price. My first and last time dining there.

I come here all the time when I am in NYC & I enjoyed every bite. During this pandemic, MAKE A RESERVATION!!

First time at Bill's Bar and Burger was great! I reserve my seats the night before and was seated right away. The food was better then I expected and at a very reasonable price. This was most definitely my best meal I have had New York City when it comes to American Cuisine. I would recommend Bill's Bar and Burger to my friends and family if they are headed to NYC.

It felt so good to get back to bills! Every year we go into the city with our kids to shop Rockefeller center and walk around- and always eat at bills! Food was just as good as we remembered. The kids love the pretzel bite app and the burgers are always great. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries. They spaced everything safely and took temps when we got there. Felt very safe! Only downside was the soda tasted a bit off- maybe the side fountain needed a rinse. But otherwise such a great visit!

The restaurant is convenient to the Rockefeller Tree and the food and service is exceptional.

Food was delicious and enjoyed my meal there. Even with a reservation had to wait for 15 mins to be seated.

Food was decent and server was on point. However, checked in with the host and twice mentioned that I had made a reservation through Open Table only to receive an email asking why our party was a "no show". Clearly they had not paid attention when I told them.

There was one guy working!! The same person who sat hs, took our order, bought our food, and we check out with him. Nice guy, but overworked and overwhelmed.

Waiting time was long. Left a gift bag just purchased on 5th Ave on the table, came back 15 minutes after to pick it up and it was gone!! The server told us, it was trashed when the table was cleaned. Unbelievable!!😱

There were not enough staff. They were trying to take care of too many tables and service slacked because of it.

Bills Bar & Burger was the perfect atmosphere and kid friendly I got together with my two closest friends , and my nephew , I’m expecting and they treated us very well the food was amazing & the service was even better the waitress attending to us in a timely matter and fixed any and every inconvenience. I highly recommended the restaurant to everyone !

The shrimp burger was delicious as well as side of roasted brussel sprouts . Our waitress was very attentive and friendly!

Just a fun and casual place to eat and enjoy decent burgers and draft beers.

Great place for before theatre. Service was a bit slow though.

Disappointed as we eat there quite frequently. Chicken wings were a bit too chewy obviously they had been sitting around for awhile.
Onion rings very very greasy & also had been sitting around and popped in microwave to heat.

Despite showing up on time, we were left standing for over 10 minutes and seated at the table which was right in front of where we were standing and wide-open for the whole time! The hostess seated us just said “I wasn’t here” and gave us rolling eyes with an attitude, and the one left us standing obviously forgot about us as she was too busy finishing up her shift and leave the place (of course she didn’t even bother apologizing to us either). Horrible service.

We ate here back in December after the Christmas show. So after seeing a matinee last Sunday, we went back to Bill’s for burgers and shakes. Everything was good, we enjoyed our meal, kids liked it as well. Was kid friendly and fairly priced.

Food was good. Shakes and junk fries were awesome!!!

We recently had dinner at Bills. It was very good, everyone loved their burgers. Onion rings, nachos and Brussels sprouts were also great.

It took a little longer to have someone actually come over to our table to greet us and take our drink order but once our waiter came over he took great care of us.

I would definitely recommend reservations.

More attention to table. Water Refills, some food was cold. One kid drink wasn’t given.
