Bem Brasil, Northern Quarter
Great visit. Preferred this restaurant to the Deansgate one. Excellent friendly staff. Food delicious and plenty of it. All varieties of meat served by staff that knew their food. Will definately return.
First time for all 5 of us, the food was delicious & the staff were fab:)
Love the concept & only wish I was able to fit more of the delicious meats & treats that came around.
We will DEFINITELY be returning, Thanks BEM Brasil NQ Mcr
As always Bem Brazil never disappoints. We went for a quick bite before going to see the Foo Fighters at the Etihad.
There was about 4 of the same meat going round and i would have appreciated if the staff asked me how i liked my steak before offering me bloody meat. was okay. i prefer Fazenda.
The service was perfect, the layout was perfect and most of all the food was amazing. Money is no issue when you can have an amazing night eating tons of good food. Great place to talk as well music not to loud and its really relaxed. Will defiantly keep going.
Gorgeous food, staff were tentative and friendly even while it was busy, definitely recommend.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The little touch of giving the kids balloons was a brilliant idea. We went to the city centre after where there was a market, and because of the balloons, we can tell where the kids are. Brilliant!
It’s was ok but did get ignored a few times even when green card was showing, the salad bar was not getting restocked enough, I went to the one in Leeds and it was miles better
Smaller than the one just off Deansgate but the food was delicious & the staff were very friendly. We was however quite shocked at our bill though. It was a tad expensive. £27.50 each before we had bought a drink.
Lovely! For groups and the meat is delish.
This place was amazing you help yourself to salad and veg and the friendly staff just keep coming to your table with meat on skewers carving on to your plate until you hold up your red card, delicious
Excellent restaurant and easily accessible. The food was unbelievable! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and then providing a birthday cake for my girlfriend after our meal. Would recommend and go again
Food good , but waitress service not good had to keep asking for drinks . But apart from that it was good.
The service was fantastic, very attentive and the food was as expected- a meat feast
Absolutely amazing! First time we tried here and we loved it. Have already recommended it to several friends and will be back again!
Staff extremely friendly and very well mannered. Loved the idea of lots of selection of meat however not possible to eat £27+ worth of meat. I was full before I had even started. Good selection of meat that was very well presented and looked sooo tasty. However not enough difference in taste overall, and far too salty. All the meat was over salted. The salad bar for me was disappointing as I didn't like most of the selection. The rice was lovely. The rest of the party enjoyed the salad selection - lovely sweet potatoes, salsa sauces, beetroot etc. I felt all in all it was a heart attack feast. Loved the pineapple desert covered in cinnamon and grilled - served warm. Will definitely try that at home.
My 3rd Brazilian meal, after Liverpool and London, this place sets a new benchmark. Very Good.
We went on a Friday night for a 6:30pm booking. There weren't many people in at that time. It was our second wedding anniversary and we decided to try something different. It's the not the most romantic of places but it was full of fantastic food and to be honest, that's what me and my husband are all about!
He peaked too soon and too early. He needs to practise buffet stamina. We tried about 8 different types of meat before we gave in. (BTW, the buffet was great. Not a crappy fry in sight. Very authentic and tasty. Was almost in danger of filling up on the buffet! It was also very fresh) The manager recommended the roasted pineapple and cinnamon as a dessert. Bloody gorgeous.
He asked what the occasion was and sent over a prosecco each on the house. Very thoughtful. Wish I wasn't driving afterwards as it was good stuff! (Hubby appreciated it too)
Overall- fab food, fab atmosphere, fab service. Wouldn't recommend as a first date if you're a foodie and the date isn't... It will be your last. There is SO MUCH MEAT. On the other hand, it could be a good filter for the future of eating out if it is a first date!!
I felt bad that I didn't have money for a tip (just didn't take cash) But will definitely be returning, so they have my custom from now on!
1x half pint beer
1x large lemonade
2x dinner menu buffet
= c £75
Fantastic restaurant with a brilliant atmosphere. Love the idea of the meat coming to the table, lovely staff too. Highly recommended
I ate far too much meat.
Would you like some meat sir? Yes please
Nom nom nom
Not quite what I was expecting, furnishing were a bit rustic. Serve yourself salad and starter bar all of which was quite nice. All the meat they brought was good, tender and tasty, sausages were really good. Cinnamon pineapple was amazing. Prices ok. Not done dining but good food. Will go again.
This was the most over priced food I have ever paid for! The meat was dry and over done and the hot sides were luke warm. The table was unsteady and wobbled, there was food on the floor and the toilets were filthy and unsanitary! I left with a horrid taste in my mouth and wouldn’t go back if you paid me!
Loved it, loved it, loved it! The food, the service and the choices were spot on. The food was tasty and plentiful. The cinnamon encrusted pineapple was exquisite! Will make this my ‘go to’ place.
Had a leaving do there and rather than go to Bruno Rodizio in St Helens where we usually go, we thought we'd go to Manchester and make a night of it. Nice place and the salad bar was really nice but no jalapenos or pickled onions - which I love with meat. Then the meat started, chilli beef was chewy, next was so tasteless it could have been anything. The sausages were good but I don't think sausages should be a steak highlight! No pineapple with the gammon. Maybe I'm just being picky but Bruno's was perfect in comparison - and a lot cheaper.
Still had a good night but that was at the pubs afterwards.
First time visit to Bem Brazil and just wow!! I’d heard loads about it but never had the opportunity to go... if you love meat then you’ll be in paradise!! The steak was to die for... holy crap, just wow!! Amazing. Defiantly won’t be too long before we go again.... the price was a little higher than I’d like to pay but was worth it...
Great service, lovely food, plenty of choice, went at 3:45 for the lunch menu. Would definitely go back
Good food with excellent service. Friendly and attentive staff.
Dined here with husband and daughter for a special occasion. Food was amazing, don't fill up to much on the mazing buffet though as the meat is the real treat. Was a bit pricey but worth it for the occasion.
Food was great the wife had to roll me out lol will go again
Have eaten here a few times. Food is always good, and you can eat as much as you want. Many types and cuts of meat, and service is continuous.
My daughter and I love it here.
Lovely food and really friendly staff
Fantastic food and the rodizio style of dining offers something different than you will be used to.
Slightly disappointed. I heard great things about this place but it was just a bit ... rubbish to be honest! The meat selection was severely limited and we kept being told off by the guy who brings it round for taking the meat off the stake the wrong way. We asked him how we should do it but he didn’t seem to understand our English. To be fair the restaurant gave us free puddings and were very nice after we complained but the whole experience was just a bit awkward... especially for £105 for three adults and a child. To be completely honest I’d rather have a mixed kebab from a few doors down for less than £10. The ambience was pretty much non-existent and everything was overpriced for the quality. The staff were attentive after we complained. I’ve heard the Deansgate one is better so would try that but wouldn’t return to the Northern Quarter restaurant.
I wasn't impressed with my first time at this restaurant poor sevices and noisy bar staff.
My son and I came here for mother's day for the first time we had a table booked at six arrived at 5 to 6 told to wait at the bar so we order a drink which was over priced £7 for two soft drinks then after about 10 minute a man came over and said your table is over here wasn't shown to the table just pointed to it was in between the bar and the grill no one shown us what to do or where to go for the self service food very poor customer service. The bar was very noisy at the back of me bottles been thrown in the bin smashing couldn't hear yourself talk. I wouldn't go again not my cup of tea .
Great place to eat.ive been to both restaurants now and both are very good.
Mother’s day was a lovely afternoon first time to Bem Brasil will defiantly be returning most enjoyable
Lovely experience as usual, great atmosphere and variety of food
the only word i have is amazing. Excellent food, excellente service, Excellent customer service
Our 4th visit to Bem Brasil but our first visit to the Northern Quarter Restaurant. As always the food was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were very friendly and we had excellent service. Looking forward to our next visit which will be very soon.
Food was amazing as always. We booked last min so ended up with not a very good table right near the toilets, practically sat on the knee of the person on the next table. Constantly having people behinds in our faces when serving the big table next to us. Table pushed up to fridge where staff were in and out so everytime the door was shut our table rocked. Meat was brought to us but other staff seemed to forget our table. I would go again but would ask for a different table.
