Food was good, staff was kind and polite but we felt rushed to eat quickly and leave. As if they wanted to quickly take our money and make some more with the next customers instead of providing an great 'experience'!

Suite à la réservation, table au bord de la porte 🚪, courant d air désagréable, service peu convivial Miguel, n avait pas le vin 🍷 choisit , suggère un vin plus cher sans excuse , nourriture chère et très ordinaire 😒, nous n allons pas courir 🏃♀️ pour y retourner
Service pas bon , on a apporté les crèmes glacées des enfants quand tout les adultes avaient finis leurs desserts sans oublié que les entrées sont arrivées à différents moments... rien de coordonné...
first burger was so bloody that it was completely raw in some spots
they sent us a new burger and it was burnt, taste like charcoal
although we did not pay for it, the manager could have offered more to us seeing as my mother didnt end up eating that night.

Le 1/4 de litre ou 1/2 bouteille non disponible.
Belle soirée dans une ambiance chaleureuse et envelloppante. Nourriture de qualité en quantité suffisante sans être exagérer
franchement c'était très bon, j'ai pris la poitrine de poulet et j'ai goûté les crevettes en entrée. Le personnel était exceptionnel, notre serveuse était très professionnelle... vraiment !
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on our meal at Baton Rouge this week. We drove in from Ottawa to have a family reunion and celebration for my son's 30th birthday party (we were 13 people).
For starters we were quite pleased with the fact that we were able to accommodate a table for 13 in a segregated area that was not too busy.
The waiters were very attentive and we did not have to wait long for our food.
The food on the other hand was a very big disappointment.
The orders were primarily:
Ribs: They were dry with not much meat on them. The fries were not the usual crispy warm. they were lukewarm and as if they had been sitting around for too long.
Santa Fe Chicken: the lunch portion is significantly smaller than the regular meal portion - the chicken was dry as if it had been cooked hours earlier and thrown on the grill to warm up
Baton Rouge is our go to restaurant for dinners all the time and that's why we decided to go there for this special occasion. I felt that we did not get value for our money at all (it was as if we were eating leftovers from the night before). My husband and I did not complain as initially thought that it was just our meals that were below par - hoping that our guests were enjoying theirs. It was only after we left the restaurant that everyone told me that they were quite disappointed in their meals.
Although it's not going to help us, I'm hoping that BR in Anjou will revisit their standards to ensure that their patrons return. Thank you for listening.
La présentation de l'assiette de cotes levées laisse à désirer. Il y avait dans l'assiette la côte levée avec la pomme de terre au four; aucune garniture et aucun légume. Je suis déçue de ce plat.
We were seated promptly with our 6:30pm reservation on Saturday, February 23rd,2019; even though there were approximately 15-18 people in the reception area waiting... guess they did not take the time to make a reservation.
Our friendly waitress gave excellent , charming , efficient service . Our entree ( fried calamari was very tastey, cooked to perfection with a few salad garnishes.
Our main meals ( Baby Back Ribs & Grilled Chicken with French Fries, as well as Fresh Grilled Saumon with baked potatoe and vegetables ) were well cooked and delicious.
We were too full, so no tempting desert.
We only have 1 comment, restaurant lighting could be a little briter.
Throughly enjoyed our dining at Baton Rouge , Ville d`Anjou.
Je suis allé avec ma conjointe pour la St-Valentin, j'ai beaucoup aimé la table d'hôte laquelle en temps normal n'existe pas. J'ai pris l'assiette steak et côte levée, vraiment savoureux. J'ai beaucoup aimé le potage aux tomates. Un bémol. le dessert, c'était moyen.
The experience was great, the food was amazing, a little too noisy, what I didn’t like was that I got there at 7:05 had reservations for 7:15 and they didn’t have a table ready for us not before 7:30.

The service was so slow we had to ask another waitress for our drinks.
The salad was very good but I wasn't impressed with the main dish (ribs and mashed potatoes).

Malgré que la réservation a été faite plusieurs à l'avance, on a eu une table à côté de la porte avec les courants d'air à tout moment lorsque la porte s'ouvrait.
We were seated and we were served some water and beverage almost immediately by the beverage sever. But for arround 20 too 25 minutes we did not know who our server was. I ask a server who was our server and he said that he will be our server. He take our order, served our entrees and after we finish our entree, it taked another arround 20 minutes to see someone. Another server arrive with our meal but the table is stil full with the plate of the entrée. He serve the meal and take the other plate. IT was for me the first time that happened for me at this restaurant.
Food was decent, the prices were a bit high for the quality of service. Servers were non existent and the manager just standing around chit chatting with staff. We waited for 10 minutes before one of the servers came by to take our order (our original server disappeared).
All around pleasant experience but should advise staff that being told repeatedly that you have to leave by a certain hour is not necessary when the customer has already agreed to it.. a little annoyed by that.
Nourriture froide, heureusement que nous avons eu un excellent service.
Le seul problème était que l'on trouvait des grumeaux dans les pommes de terre pilées à l'ail. Le goût d'ail était moins prononcé qu'avant, je les aimaient moins à cause de ceci.

I am used to Baton Rouge. Our steak was too much cooked. Vegetables were not fresh at all.
We have chosen Bâton Rouge in Anjou for our Family réunions.
Tried other location in West Island it was a desaster.
We meet every six to eight weeks
Next time February 16th 2019

Seating staff was not focused.
Waitress had poor knowledge of menu and was condescending.
No follow up to see if all was well and no wine refill.
I Ordered a 6oz glass of wine, they brought me a 9oz, when i called out the error they said it was a mistake and they would only charge me for 6 oz.
In the end they charged me for a 9oz. Too many waiters in the same section; they dont seem to know what is going on at their tables.
The service was not good waither was rude and slow .... very disappointed with the food cold not fresh .... I had to send back my food first time rids was so cold like the forgot to put then on the girl was missing sauce on the rids chicken was cold and shrimp was cold to fries was not fresh I had to send it back 2 time the bring back the same plate the put in the microwave It was still cold and the fries was hard like a rock ....1Ask the Waither to change it hi say Speak to my manager I had to get up and go see the manager and tell him I wanted a fresh food please and don’t put in in the Microwave.......it was not even busy ... the did not even apologize our nothing still bill me 178.$ for everything I still left home tips of 30$.... Never agine ... i don’t know what going on with Baton Rouge but the quality of the food Has change so much ... it is not the same more ... I would recommend to go there before the change the kitchen staff ...oooo ya the bathroom are really Dusting and smell dirty and no toilet paper.....
A few hours before showing up I used open table to book at BR on a Saturday night. We were escorted straight our table while other guests were waiting over 30 min. Amazing service - so worth booking with open table!
On nous a servi de la purée de pomme de terre en guise de potage Parmentier ...à part ce détail c’était très bien et bien servi.
