Fantastic! Excellent!

I celebrate my birthday there and dinner was perfect! Lovely atmosphere, food was great, service was excellent. First time and cannot wait to dine again.

LOVED IT. One of the best meals ever. The NY Strip Steak was to die for along with each and every side -- we ordered one of each. The shoestring onions are a must!

The ambience is what I expect from a 5 star restaurant. Our server is quick and respectful and accommodating. Food is superb and will definitely try everything on the menu. We will come back.

Food and experience was excellent!

We dined in the outdoor chalet. Forgot about all our troubles and indulged. Food and service were amazing. Looking forward to a repeat visit indoors!

This was by far the best restaurant we have ever been to, and the absolutely BEST steak. We had the American wagyu ribeye cap and American wagyu filet mingon. Mashed potatoes were so smooth and everything including our service was SO good. Will definitely be back.

Outdoor seating set up is great even during peak of winter.

Outstanding 19th anniversary dinner, because of Christopher’s attentive, yet relaxed and un rushed service.
Over the years we’ve continued to book Barclay Prime. It’s always worth the drive in from out of town for one of our favorite, consistently excellent meals in Philadelphia. On this occasion however, we were even more pleased than usual, because our special meal was complimented by a perfectly paced service, thanks to Christopher!

Sat in the bar area... Ed was our server... Outstanding experience and enjoyed it even better than the formal dining space. 👍👍

While Barclay Prime is expensive, it was worth every penny. From the moment we got there the service was amazing. Our server was knowledgeable and offered great insight into the menu. The BP Manhattan was by far the best cocktail I have ever had. I got the American Wagyu rib eye cap and was amazing. My only disappointment is that it is a bit out of our budget to go to frequently but we will be back for our next special occasion.

Food was delicious, especially the olive wagyu beef. The service was outstanding.

It was my milestone birthday and we had requested a seat inside-and as we arrived and waited, for quite a bit, a fast-moving rather nasty seeming woman took us to a 2nd to last booth (far away) table and said "you have a 90 minute time limit" (How inviting on my 60th birthday-right?)
My friend brought a cake-(I have OFTEN brought a birthday cake and never been charged) but on this night, in front of the birthday girl (me), when my friend said, "we have a cake, can you put a candle in it?" the waiter said "let me check because of COVID...) and returned saying "we can do it, but there's an $8 "plate fee" (Mind you, they brought the dessert-with just one plate-none for him! And $8 protects you against COVID? What am I missing here?)
Last-it was freezing and the 5 star restaurant had small heaters and no blankets. Every restaurant of this scale that Ive ever been to has blankets on hand-nope. (I kept my mouth shut because my friend hates a fuss, but the service was poor-heater went out) Food was good-but we should have been inside for my 60th birthday. Delicious steak but the service was remarkably disgusting and distasteful.

Barclay Prime was absolutely AWESOME and exceeded our expectations in every way. From Greg the manager checking on us to make sure we were enjoying our evening, to our waiter and staff, it was a wonderful experience and I have nothing but great things to say. Our meal of course was a 10 as I'd expect nothing less from the chefs at Prime, and we simply cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for providing my wife and I with some normalcy and a 5 star experience during this challenging time. Cheers!

Great place to go for our anniversary! The staff was great, food was amazing, and we were given an anniversary treat at the end. If I could afford to I would go once a month!

haven’t been at restaurants in the pandemic, so the food tasted incredibly salty. A reminder of what has been unhealthy in our society for so long. But otherwise it was lovely and enjoyable.

Cuisine was impressive. Not your typical steak restaurant. Seafood was fresh and deliver hot from the kitchen. Price was little high but quality was five star.

Service was top notch!! We chose to do outdoor dining and even on a very cold night we were perfectly warm inside our cube! They are doing such a great job with all of the restrictions! Well done Barclay!!
