Our waiter was attentive and kept checking in on us while still giving us time to decide what we wanted to order. The food arrived on a timely matter and the food was warm like it was brought out immediately not sitting there for awhile. Great experience but also need to point out we got to restaurant at the right time 1145am before lunch rush.

drinks are extremely sweet, food is ok , menu could improve or upgrade once in a while. However I love the theme!!!! tropical decoration is excellent!

The glazed salmon and the ribs were amazing. The drinks in the pineapple made me feel like I was on an island.

Went out with the family. It was tough getting a reservation anywhere for 5 people, and thank goodness for being able to reserve on openable! We actually arrived 15 mins early and were seated right away. As soon as we got there, the lines for tables had grown and the wait time was 90 mins.

The service was phenomenal, the ambiance was great, the food is great (as always), and we will absolutely be back soon.

I waited all day for your ultimate pina colada only to find out the machine was out of order!

This is a chain restaurant, and as such, I expect a certain level of blandness from the decor to the food to the service, however this experience was beyond disappointing. We ordered a half order of ribs. We were charged for a full order and the ribs were lukewarm. We ordered a glass of wine, and the glass had food particles on the outside of it. I should have taken a picture. The silverware looked like it had never been washed. The server had zero personality, which is fine, except when we asked to wrap up the food when we were leaving we were given a plastic container but no bag. The couple sitting next to us left before us, but their waiter brought out a paper bag for them and hung it on the hook next to their table. I had to ask two employees for a paper bag before receiving one. When I was finally given one, the server literally walked past me and basically handed it off to me like a baton and kept walking. If it wasn’t so funny, I might have actually been bothered by the ordeal. As for the restaurant itself, there is outdoor seating, but the Bahama vibe is ruined by the fact that you are literally sitting about 100 feet from the highway. The ambiance is zero. There is an Olive Garden connected to this Bahama Breeze. If you are thinking of eating at this location, try the Olive Garden next door instead.

The host shouldn’t be the host that night. What a rude person. The greeter should be pleasant and knows how to speak with people.

Our server, on the other hand, was simply amazing. Her name sounds like “niece” so I don’t know how to spell her name accurately. She is an excellent server, very pleasant to the customers and she took care of us.

If it wasn’t for her, our all around experience for the night would have been down in the gutter. She made it better.

All of the utensils had food on it and the napkins were dirty. Server took too long to check on our table. Had to flag him down several times and it wasn’t crowded

The food was good, though some dishes needed a little more seasoning. Sat in the enclosed patio. The temperature was comfortable.

Service was excellent, food was good. Outdoor seating was spaced out well.

Server was great, food was amazing and the new dragon fruit margarita was AMAZING!

Not as tropically decorated as some of the other locations I've been to but always a good time, good food and great drinks. Staff and service were excellent.

Food was good and our server made some good suggestions on some happy hour deals.

Service was not great. Been there a few times with a big party and we always have a good time. For some reason this time, the service was very slow and the food was lackluster. Not sure whats happening here

Made a reservation went in they had indoor dinning. Waitress was nice and very friendly. Food was good I had the mahi tacos and the Jamaican jerk wings. Both we good and nice portion. My friend had the steak and coconut friend also good.

Went to celebrate friends Birthday food was good hostess had an attitude and I was disappointed in that. Not enough servers and it took forever to get our order in. Once we did it was served fast just getting a server to take our order was slow. Our sever was good felt bad she seemed overwhelmed but we tipped her good. Food was excellent though so we’ll go back
