We were served by a very friendly waitress. I ordered jollof rice with plantain and tomato sauce. Portions are very big and tasty.

My girls & I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was delicious, fairly priced & staff were incredibly hospitable. We will definitely visit whenever we’re in London.

The whole service from start to finish was poor. Me and my boyfriend came in to the restaurant there was nobody to greet us or seat us. There was this one man who was on the phone who I suspect is the owner?
Slow to show us to a table or get our meals.
They served us white wine at room temperature??? Asked for a cold glass but he came back with ice?
Food took about 30mins to come out to us. Rice and plaintin was ok, however the meat was HARD! unable to use a knife and fork for it.
I ordered some additional nibbles that I could at least enjoy since the food was poor. Again disappointed, this was suppose to be like a doughnut nice and soft but yet again I could not get my fork in it.
Not very happy. Usually my other half tips for at least effort but he couldn't even do that. Don't waste your time like we did.

The service was very slow and frustrating but the quality of food was excellent. We had to wait over an hour for the food. The decor was great along with the music and cozy atmosphere.

My wife and I had been missing out fix of African cuisine so lept at the change to try out this restaurant. Being Ghanaian we can be overly critical of West African restaurants as we're so used to the food but there were to be no concerns here.

Starters: fried yam and beef Suya were really well executed. Jollof rice for mains with fried plantains and their excellent spicy stew. It really was what the doctor ordered. The balance between flavour and peppery heat was managed fairly - personally I'd like mine a touch hotter but that would alienate some. These two hypercritical foodies were left to licking our fingers. This was all washed down with a glass of Star Beer as it should be. Perfect.

Instead of goat meat,we've got three little bones and lot of not very tasty rice. The cutlery was extremely dirty.
